All products sold at The Depot are hemp-derived and legally compliant under the 2018 Farm Bill and Texas House Bill 1325, meaning they contain no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC. The Depot operates under a Texas Retail Hemp Registration issued by the Texas Department of State Health Services. Every product on our shelves is backed by a third-party Certificate of Analysis (COA) verifying THC content and purity — ask our team for a copy any time. Texas does not have a recreational marijuana program; all sales at The Depot are limited to hemp-derived products meeting these state and federal requirements.
