Cannabidiol (CBD) and other hemp-derived products containing less than 0.3% THC by dry weight are federally and state-legal. All products at The Depot come with a Certificate of Analysis (COA) verifying their THC levels. Feel free to ask our team for a copy.

Currently, we only accept cash payments at our locations. However, we’re actively working with a local bank to soon offer debit and credit card options.

You must be at least 21 years old with a valid ID to purchase from The Depot. Our staff will request to see your ID upon entry to ensure compliance.

No medical card or prescription is required! The Depot is licensed by the State of Texas to sell recreational cannabis products compliant with state guidelines. If you’re 21 or older, you're welcome to shop with us anytime.

Absolutely! The Depot welcomes all customers, including out-of-state visitors, as long as you’re at least 21 years old with valid identification.

Please keep your products sealed until you reach your destination. Upon purchase, our staff will seal your bag along with your receipt. Texas open-container laws apply, so avoid opening or consuming products while in your vehicle or in public areas. Always consume responsibly and keep out of reach of children.
