2. Product Information
All products sold at The Depot are hemp-derived and comply with the 2018 Farm Bill and Texas House Bill 1325, containing no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight. The Depot operates under a Texas Retail Hemp Registration issued by the Texas Department of State Health Services. Texas does not have a recreational marijuana program, and no products sold by The Depot are marijuana under Texas or federal law.
Product descriptions and information on the Site are provided for general informational purposes and are subject to change without notice. Product availability, pricing, and selection are only confirmed in-store.
3. No Medical Claims
Statements on this Site have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
